Get ready because this green smoothie not only tastes good, but is going to give you gorgeous, radiant skin.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut Water
- 1 ripe, peeled banana
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
To make this beauty beverage, grab your favourite high powered blender and all of the above ingredients. Make sure to peel, core, and wash everything before blending it up.
Blend on high until everything is all smooth and creamy. If you don’t dig a thick smoothie then feel free to add in more coconut water or even filtered, regular water. My vote goes for regular water because I’m not a big fan of things that are too sweet.
