Last week, I touched on some techniques showing you how to make your breasts look bigger instantaneously. This week, we’re taking things to the next level. I’ve got a recipe for a meal that is full of ingredients that are sure to enhance your bust, plus a list of other foods to help increase breast size.
When I buy a cookbook or food related book I am always floored by the amount of ingredients listed. I typically flip through the recipes and bookmark the eye-catching ones that make my mouth water.
As I examine each appetizing dish more closely, I notice that several ingredients are crucial to each of the recipes I choose. If you do this with one of your cookbooks I’m sure you’d notice the same thing.
Why then, is it that I have to go to the trouble of writing out a grocery list? Why not provide (at the very least) a list of fundamental ingredients?
As this is such a grievous pet peeve of mine, I’ve taken it upon myself to put together a list of all the basic foods you might want to consider integrating into your diet somehow.
In my Amazon Kinde guide “BUSTED: How To Make Your Breast Bigger Naturally In 30 Days Or Less“, I go into much greater detail about each of these. If you want to learn more about how they can enhance the size of your breasts, you can download the guide from Amazon.com.

Since herbs and oils are not about to make a tasty treat for you, as promised I am going to give you the recipe rich in foods to increase breast size.
Part of increasing your bust line has to do with increasing the amount of estrogen in your body. Estrogen is the main hormone that naturally stimulates breast growth; most notably during puberty and pregnancy.
You would be surprised by how many foods at your local farmers market are ripe with this bust-boosting hormone. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale, garlic, onions and beans like kidney, pinto and navy are just a few examples.
Now that we know what works, here’s that recipe I promised you. Enjoy!
Chest Enhancing Chili
- 1/4 cup kidney beans
- 1/4 cup pinto beans
- 1/4 cup navy beans
- 1/4 cup chick peas
- 1/2 cup diced broccoli
- 1/2 cup diced cauliflower
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
After you have gathered all of your essential ingredients, simply follow along.
In a large saucepan, add your fresh garlic and onion to 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
Once the onion becomes transparent, add in your carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and diced tomatoes. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables become a little softer.
Next you want to add in your beans. Let them mix with the veggies for another 5 minutes before adding in your remaining ingredients.
The longer you let the chili simmer, the better it will taste (in my opinion!), but that is entirely up to you.
If you want to get fancy, make yourself some homemade garlic bread to dip in the chili et bon apetit!
I advise that you consult with your physician before increasing your estrogen intake too much as in some rare cases, adverse side-effects have been known to occur. After all, it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
Hopefully this makes adhering to the guide just a little bit easier for you. Like I said before, I’m here to help so if you have any questions or want to share a rack-raising recipe of your own be sure to hit up the comment section below!
