Do you ever notice how much easier it is to apply cosmetics when your face is properly clean and moisturized?
Women of all ages came to this realization in 2004, as this was the year daily cleaning routines “faced” a remarkable change (pun totally intended).
So, if you’re wonder whether or not to splurge on yourself, read on my friend. This Clarisonic review can help you decide.
What is the Clarisonic?
“Are you kidding me?”
That is exactly what I said to myself when I first had a Clarisonic experience. And, let me tell you, it is an experience.
Clarisonic facial and skin cleansing brushes come in different models. There is the Mia line, which is portable and powerful, and offers a variety of speed options, the Smart Profile for body cleaning (as well as face cleansing), the Alpha Fit for men, and the Opal for cleansing around the eye area.
Paired with the cleansers, you cannot go wrong with this item. Perhaps after you use the Clarisonic facial and skin cleaning brushes you will want to write your own Clarisonic review, or perhaps, purchase one as a gift for a friend!
What We Love About It
Women love it for everything it is, from being super handy to mighty and gentle at the same time. But what we really love about it is the real clean-feeling.
Throughout each day and night, perspiration, cosmetics, pollutants, and oil collect on the skin, thus clogging our precious pores. Yes, it sounds gross but it does happen. To everyone. C
oupled with the many options of Clarisonic cleansers, the Clarisonic facial and skin cleaning brushes fight these radicals for you…and win each time. The sonic frequency on the brush heads operate at 300 movements per second (yes…per second) and works with, not against, your skin’s elasticity.
Another thing we love about it is that it is a costmetic enhancer. Not sure what I mean, let me explain.
Have you ever applied foundation without washing your skin properly? Chances are you have. The deep cleaning from a Clarisonic will make you truly appreciate the wonders of foundation on clear skin.
To see what I mean, properly cleanse and moisturize your skin the night before and in the morning. This little experiment will show you that clean, fresh skin matters when applying make-up. With this little tool, all of the impurities are pulled out of the pores, allowing your skin to better absorb the cleanser and look glowing the next time you get your face ready for work or a night out.
On a smooth, buffed face, cosmetics are radiantly enhanced as they go on smoother and more evenly. It really is a boost to your self-esteem when people notice your glowing look.
What We Loathe About it
Pretty much the only thing we aren’t fans of is the price. There are a few different lines available, but for the purposes of this Clarisonic review we’re only going to be talking about the Mia line.
The Mia costs $99, which is a little steep if you aren’t 100% sold on the item. If however, you intend on using it regularly you will definitely get your money’s worth.
Women want to feel beautiful, even if they don’t have perfect skin. After using my Clarisonic Mia, I have to say I looked in the mirror and smiled. It made me feel invigorated and relaxed at the same time.
Over time (it is quite addictive!) my overall skin tone improved, my pores became minuscule, and my face responded to my foundation in a much more positive way. I have people tell me that my skin looks “smooth and creamy” and I, once again, smile to myself.
If that sounds like something you’d like too, then grab your Clarisonic today!
